The ancestor of this model is the most famous Dita stick: THE MEGA PRO, first introduced in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. The shaft, encased in a resilient shaft, is supurbly balanced and ultra stiffened with carbon and arimide fibers. The back edge and face of the shaft are designed to execute the most advanced international techniques. While the core is fully wood, the stick is covered in epoxy, similar to a composite. It is still considered a WOOD stick. |
